Our process

A certification process designed for you.

Our certification process is specifically designed to make certification as easy as possible. Of course, tailor made solutions are possible.

Initial teams call

We always setup an initial teams call with all new manufacturers. In this call we can discuss your specific situation, explain the FPR 2019/1009 and how it works, and come up with a plan of action for how we can provide certification. This call is optional and we can skip straight to step 2.

1

Quote and information

After the initial call (if desired) we always provide you with a quote, for a fixed price, an a draft of the contract we propose to sign. This ensures that you have all the information you need to make a decision, if you wish to proceed only then do you fill in the application form...

2

Remote assessment of technical file

Once the contract is signed we will ask that you submit the technical information that you have so that the auditor can evaluate them, after signing of the contract you can also wait to send information, you are still waiting on information like field trial results). Once the technical file is received our auditor will assess it remotely.

3

CAPA's (if applicable)

If the auditor highlights any points these will be communicated to you clearly and directly so that you can resolve them, once resolved the auditor will approve the file. CAPA's, or non-conformities, are thus not something to worry about at all as long as you respond to them.

4

Internal review

Once the auditor has evaluated your file and provided a report this will be reviewed internally. This review step involves a second EFCI Register auditor but does not involve personel or agencies outside of EFCI Register (like national authorities).

5

Certificate

Once we have reviewed your file a certificate will be issued that is valid for 5 years.
